Fundi Software acquires Circle Computer Group LLC 7 September 2009

Fundi Software is pleased to announce today the acquisition of Circle Computer Group LLC of New Jersey, USA (www.circle-us.com). The new operation in the United States will be called Circle Software, Inc.

Circle Computer Group, an established IBM Business Partner, specialise in the provision of CICS Education (including the famed Circle CICS Wall Chart), Consulting, Developing and selling Software.

Some immediate integration is planned with the Software Development facets of Circle. However, the core business of Education and Consultancy will remain in New Jersey. Fundi and Circle are excited to join their companies together and, by leveraging the synergies in their overlapping businesses, look forward to being stronger in both the Education and Software arenas.
